-_- then it's the same tech, just how you view it is different. AR will look really good on the OLED screen with (possibly) better cameras on the NGP too. OLEDAR would be awesome!

AR in barebones, yes, they are the same.

The difference here is that, 3DS will be capable to give you the feedback in 3D on its 3D screen with its 3D cameras.

and with the high quality OLED screen, with the better resolution etc, the AR will look closer to what really is, hence an improved experience.
