His lawyers will appreciate this when integrity and this line "You’re fucking with the dude who got the keys to your safe" come into the courtroom.
I guess hes not going to play it as the inteligent young adult simply personalizing a product he owns. If the judge is already ordering the turning over of HD's and the ball is in Sony's cour,t character and the judges discretion go a long way and this is going to rub the judge the wrong way i think. Kid just dug out a couple more shovels full of his own grave for a few youtube hits. Gratz?
