well for me it would look like this list.
1. obviously NEW Zelda
2. Fire Emblem. A NEW one, not some old remake.
3. Pokemon. this and fire emblem i see as being sweet. I mean you control on bottom screen while having 3D fighters up top fighting. seems perfect. Hell lets throw on a Yugi-oh game as well.
4. Monster Hunter - these are meant to be portable, not at home consoles
5. Diddy Kong Racing remake from n64. best racing game ever, totally better than mario kart. Or hell make a Mario vs. Donkey Kong racing or something
Those are just most anticipated or wanted. I also am super exited for the other typical ds games like professor layton, and other puzzle games, and of course the typical rpg's, like dragon quest or final fantasy's. though i would like to see them move past remakes.
