That is true. But even so, I'm amazed that for the few that do have access it's not censored much when you think of how corrupt the governments can be in that part of the world.

corruption could probably play into freedom in some of those countries: a little money under the table and the government won't legislate against your kiddie porn/multimedia torrent/human trafficking/offshore banking/terrorism/whatever sites.
