uncharted 2 glitch!

I want to beat Uncharted 2 in crushing difficulty but the Locomotion chapter is glitched and the textures would not load or anything in the scenario but the characters and the train! It is exactly like this:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Xf4sMbip8g (not my video)

If I try to save, or if I get killed, my ps3 restarts itself. This  glitch is driving me mad. I've deleted everything in my system (save files too) but the glitch still there!

pls help me ;(

ps: my ps3 is a 120gb slim model, it isn't modified in any way, and has the latest firmware update.
