I'd rather an ending where Sasuke dies, though i agree he'll probably die redeeming himself in a final struggle against Kabuto/Orochimaru. I'd hazard a guess that Kabuto could end up taking over Madara's body in a version of what Orochimaru had planned to do with Sasuke I'm nowhere near caught up, though. I've just been leeching off spoilers, and in the anime i'm currently at the Jiraiya-Pain fight, though i have a good idea of the narrative between then and the current manga |

He has always been one of favorites character, what are his underlying motives? Is it to encapsulate Orochimaru greatness or is it the envy of his stature compared to his own.
