I doubt Sony will win this case, these cases have been brought up before and the manufacturere looses.

yea he's pretty smart,so how about putting those smart's to good use and do something legit. 

This. I don't deny the guy has some brains on him but what he does is wrong. He claims its for certain reasons but what he does opens the windows to mass piracy and other B.S.
