I believe that most of the portable 3th party games will get multplatform releases (3DS/NGP) what will make first party games even more important to sell hardware. But compared to Nintedo, Sony doesn't have the same amunt of the first party franchises, so I expect Sony to creteate a lot of new IPs to improve NGP sales.
