The original Crysis sold some 3 million copies, mind you. Maybe most of it came only when the game was pretty cheap but I remember seeing news about it passing 1 million not long after release.

3m is about the number of people in the world with super high-end rigs that feel like they need a game that uses all that powerr - whether it does so efficiently or not, or whether it's a good game or not. Apart from the graphics it was an average and unoriginal shooter.

have you actually played it? Yes the story was awful. But the special powers made it one of the more fun shooters this gen.
