First of it's not a GAME. It's closer to a console for goodness sakes. It's HW with a SW library, that's going to get impactful price cuts, it's own advertising ect ect.
It's not going to do significantly worse next xmas, that's your wishful thinking.

Q4 - 8 mill
Q1 - 2.5 mill
Q2 - 1.5 mill
Q3 - 2 mill
Q4 - 6 mill
Total - 20 mill end of 2011.

No that pits it at 12 million, below what Wii, PS3 and 360 will sell this year. Can't you count?

..you keep forgetting that even so, Wii Fit Plus keeps on selling which would add numbers to the total which means kinect will need to still catch on. Until they discontinue Wii Fit Plus and give it NO PRICE CUT, then we will talk.

Kinect sold 7.2 mill in Nov/Dec, Wii Fit did under 3 mill, and it looks like 1/3 of Wii Fit sales are standalone going by the 34 mill figure. That's being bundled. What if Nintendo stop bundling it? You think it's going to sell better next xmas? LOL
The only thing selling better next xmas is Kinect.
