@enrageorange it feels so good to hear someone else's appreciation for Mario Kart DD. I think the Wii one is overrated. The wheel thing is weak and the online is good, but the core game IMHO was dumbed down to attract more people, it was a smart move by Ninty but i like some kind of challenge, oh well thats what Modnation is for. I also believe the 1st party titles are better than Wii's. Until we get a proper Mario Tennis or Golf, GC>Wii
@Roma Ninty has always had that kiddie stigma, Sega tried it with Genesis and Sony continued with PS1. THe irony is that when Ninty tried to shake it, it didnt work. N64 and GC could have done better. If i may be so bold i think Ninty is a family type company and when they embrace that (Wii) they do good, when they deny who they are they dont do so well(N64&GC). Ninty leave that hardcore stuff to the other dudes.
I cant see how people think Wii has better 3rd party support than GC??? It has MORE no denying that, but better??? Wii gets shovelware after shovelware. Barely any core 3rd party exclusives and most of the multiplats are vastly inferior to the HD counterparts. At least with GC it had the benefit of not being the weakest on the market so it never got gimped multiplat games
