A good place to find Arcade Sticks is from the gameshark store, it seems.

They don't have any of the round 2 360 joysticks, but they have the new MvsC3 one for $159(ships 2/15) and the SFIV one for $149. Shipping isn't too bad and they have sales tax in only 3 states. (CA, IL and TX) You can occasionally find "coupons" posted here as well, when there is a special offer: http://hadouken.tv/category/arcade-sticks/

I'd probably get one myself if I was still in the US, but buying them imported is very costly. It'd be around $200 with shipping to buy a plain vanilla TE stick! Plus I already have a PS2 joystick the HRAP 2 SA (with Sanwa parts like the TE sticks) which I use on my 360 with an adapter (xfps 3 sniper plus).

I was thinking about buying a dedicated 360 stick though, specifically this Amazon JP limited edition HRAP VX SE ( http://www.4gamer.net/games/027/G002741/20100930022/ ) which has all Seimitsu parts (better for shooting games/shmups which I want!). (SA version of the stick has Sanwa parts and is a different color)
