Kinect natural lag problems remain there, however with good software tweaking you can almost blend it to the point that you just get into the game and somewhat forget you're having lag.

You're correct, Kinect has a natural lag. They explained it well in this Kinect Sports video, it wouldn't feel right if your avatar jumped in sync with you. The lag doesn't affect gameplay when you're playing, it's as if it isn't there.

The biggest issue that it still has is the limited 2 player multiplayer...

Well KS and KA have co-op, Dance Central 2 has 2 players simultaniously. I guess the launch SW was just like a showcase, the newer stuff should be better.

Kinect has been slightly falling on the charts too. At the end of March we will see how it will trend from now on without a multimillionaire campaign.

Kinect had shortages in the U.S (dunno about elsewhere) but there will be a big SW push in April and more marketing, this will revitalise sales.

In your first point, even if the avatar feels right in sync with you it doesn't matter. The lag comes from the hardware itself, developers can't do nothing to eliminate it, however from my hands on with Kinect, if you get immerssed by the game you won't notice it and you can have fun. And yes, it affects gameplay if you move too quickly, but as you don't need to move quickly, just don't and it works fine.

About multiplayer, sure newer stuff can be better, but always with 2 players, not 3 or 4, that was my point.

About April, I have no idea, guess we'll have to wait and see...
