so english count as its an mix of latin and german 

"Latino" is word that lacks precision, because as someone said previously, it could refer to Italians too. Usually we refer it to someone from Latin America and since Spain and Protugal had a huge impact on them since they are the mother countries, I included them. But as long as the culture and language derive from Latin, I guess.
