There is a 'regular' edition of Dead Space 2 out there (not the Limited Edition, and not the Collector's Edition) that doesn't not include Dead Space Extraction. You might see more of this regular edition after the limited editions are bought up.
Edit: Stores like EB Games seem to mainly carry Limited Edition copies of the game, but I found that other stores like Best Buy mainly carry the regular version of the game.
