Based on the demo and from some trailers I've watched, no. The box puzzles look like they are only midpoints in a game based around dialogue and interaction. It looks like Persona 4, if Persona 4 wasn't a JRPG.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
