Still waiting for you refute my initial point Seece. Can't find it in this post either.

1st line - rubbish,  what gives a need to update any numbers? Why do you think this site exists? Go check why we have VGC pro

2nd line - even a 3 mill userbase is going to appeal to first party devs to implement it, but how many new first or 3rd party move games have been announced? not that either have much baring on how well its sold given sony's stance "it's a long burner" I don't even get why you bothered saying "I'm sure sales are fine"? so what? again I'm not asking for numbers only if they're bad LOL I want them whatever they are.

3rd line - We do Kinect vs Move articles here to judge userbase so third partys have an idea on the userbase sizes. It may not be a "contest" but the argument is valid, very valid, when a dev is thinking about where to make a Kinect or a move game.

Developers won't care for Move userbase mainly, they will care for game sales. Move games can sell to Move users as well as DS3 users, no need to make Move only titles.

Er? How many users with LBP2 are using move? We have no idea. If Sony can track this then fair enough, if they can't then the only game sales they will have to indicate sales will be the poorly selling move only titles bar SC, this is where userbase comes in handy letting them know exactly how many move users are out there. Like I said, only if Sony can't track people using move with LBP2 and the likes.

With VGC Pro, if devs pay for it, they will use it for the software sales for titles on Move and/Kinect, not VGC estimates on hardware, especially since VGC has been quite inconsistent with their estimates already. Not a knock at them though because I understand it is almost impossible to know what they sold or even what the true userbase is, especially with the Move.

I explained above.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_games_compatible_with_PlayStation_Move

I read (34) non 1st party titles on the way.

I count 11 .... what are the other 23 :-S I sorted the list into NA date ...

Look at #1. Also in the case of a title such as Virtua Tennis, they are making separate control schemes for each device, an automated character moving scheme for Kinect users and Non-Navigator Move players and Move/Navigator schemes.

That's nice for THAT example, but there will come a time when a dev doesn't have the resources to do both a Kinect and Move version, this is when they have to decide which userbase is best to work with. Point 1 I made helps them with this.

Expect numerous games in the future, especially in the sports genre, to follow this lead if sales prove to be very good.
