I forgot that Tekken came with a fight stick, I might look into that. I don't really like that it's wireless and I have to worry about battaries, but I do like the price tag.
Also, I'm getting MvC3 on the 360 so I figure something is necessary. I have the 360 controller with the twisty D-Pad so maybe that will help, we'll see. I also have one of the fight pads from when I had SFIV, but I just didn't like it much. I used it because it was better than the 360 controller, but I've always wanted to try fight sticks.
Also, this is the one I'm borrowing from a friend.
My real worry about the linked one above is it's only 3 buttons per row when the other has 4 buttons. Do I need that fourth button?
