IMO it is easily Nintendo EAD (Mario, Zelda, Pikmin, Mario Kart), notable mentions go to Team ICO(Shadow of the Collosseus), Level-5 (Dragon Quest VIII and IX, Inazuma Eleven, Prof Layton) and the old squaresoft (Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana)
