Well, I ended up spending about 1100 dollars because I was recommended a better power source, I needed a new monitor (I was going to use my 32" HDTV but it looked like crap, it was hard to read and I couldn't stand sitting in front of it for too long or my eyes would start hurting), a few peripherals and replaced the HD 5670 for a HD 6850, etc. I'm poor now, lol.
Anyways, I'm very happy with it, I can play RE5 at 60FPS on 1920x1080 :O. Also, the newest version of the PS2 emulator works pretty good with the games I've tried so far.
I really love playing at 60FPS :P
So... yeah, thanks everyone who helped me (Soleron, Squilliam, ghost_of_fhazz, Snesboy, mchaza, twesterm, mantlepiecek, dahuman and I think that's all)
