It depends on who you talk to.
I have a whole collection of crap I spent a good deal of money that normal people would find weird: Dark Phoenix Hero Clix figure, spent a lot of money getting my copy of Incredible Hulk #180 and #181 graded, all sorts of DnD crap, vintage gaming systems and game. Pretty much my whole home office people would find weird.
Though I guess my weirdest area in my room would be my closet because it's just a little...weird. I have plastic all over the floor and walls, a little card table, a trowel, dental plaster, molds, paints, and other odd stuff. It makes perfect sense to me since that's the area I make my DnD terrain but everyone else would probably think it's some sort of murder chamber.
