why?
because sony since taking the facts that there past consoles have been two hard to develop for, is doing as much as they can to make the development and cheap and easy as possible for there new products. Recently devs have paised how easy it was to program for the move and now the ngp.
I dont know about the 3DS but i am sure that Nintendo internal studios will be fine
