Back around a decade ago, whenever I did use macs, they seemed to crash or have issues as much as people claimed to have with 95 and 98. I personally rarely had problems with 98 such as blue screens or crashes, so I guess it just depended. Currently have XP and it still works fine for me. Haven't really tried the last couple of mac OSs, but I also haven't made really any major upgrades to my machine for a few years.
