or crossfire two ps3's to make a ps6. boom! skipping 2 gens. all kidding aside, after playing the killzone 3 mp demo today i am really begining to think the ps3's power is limitless. I cant belive how great that game looks. probably one of the best looking game out. I really think its on par with metro 2033 pc. just needs that sweet smoke effect in the metro and the foggy goggles.  just give me keyboard and mouse support for all the fps games and i will go back to ps3 being my leading game plat of choice.

It's great that you were so happy with the game, but even the fastest processor will choke if not provided with enough RAM.  The PS3 is clearly RAM limited.  On the other hand, if Sony is smart, the PS4 will basically be a scaled-up version of CELL with more RAM (say 2GB).  Then it can be made cheaply and with PS3 BC.  Hopefully, by then, PS2 can be emulated, and all your PS needs will be housed in 1 machine.
