Neither. Though I may get an NGP in the future (after a re-design, e.g. PSP-2000/3000). I have 0 interest in the psp phone as I already have a smartphone. Using my phone for calling/email/internet/music, etc. are my primary interests, not gaming. Gaming on a smartphone quickly depletes the battery. That's what I have my portable systems for (DSi/PSP-3000/and soon to be 3DS).
