1. Handhelds are already going the casual iPhone type game route and Microsoft already has the Windows Phone 7.
2. They would be fighting a pointless battle with the NGP which will already be fighting a losing battle against the 3DS and iPhone type devices (I think the NGP is a cool device, I just think it's going to be more than $300 which will make it suck).
