Hmmm has there ever been any game-exclusive war between handhelds? Maybe since the DS and PSP are completely different there isnt one but if MS joins in then they're just asking for trouble, unless MS also creates a different style of handheld but knowing them i'd doubt it.
..back to OP, not likely but wouldnt surprise me if they did.
