Dreamworks vs Pixar vs ILM/Weta: Which actually has the best graphics?

pixar is good but it seems as if they are loosing some of their creativity (cars 2?) I understand monsters inc 2 or even incredibles 2 but cars 2? cars was probably their worst movies. Who made polar express? that movie had really good effects as well
