Let me make this thread a conclusion, Epic can do whatever the hell they want with Gears of War, but it's most likely an IP that shows "we like you" to MS, it's probably more a business decision based on both parties.

Yes you are, they are saying that Gears is only on 360 but you are arguing that MS has control over where Gears goes, which is what you have been posting all over the place and that part is not true. It's just a business decision.

No, MS has zero right on doing that, as far as the law goes, Epic can easily find another publisher, like EA, and do the same thing Bioware did with Mass Effect 2 onwards. MS doesn't own shit besides the publishing right to Gears 1 and 2. So you are wrong no matter how you try to spin it, and people have already proved you wrong on that topic multiple times. You obviously don't know much when it comes to basic laws.

That's the beauty of the words that these people type. He never mentioned whether he meant it as a franchise exclusive or Gears of War which is in fact only on the 360 as far as console gaming goes. Not to mention that your argument is that MS has control of where the Gears franchise goes in the future, in which you are still 100% wrong, since Mark Rein is the Vice Prisident oF Epic Games, he doesn't work for MS. You are still trying to spin your incorrect assumptions without actual facts on actual laws, and you lost that war about a page or 2 ago and not even by my hands.

You are now trying to change the topic into something else completely different when you are the one that brought that quote in. I'm not reading too much into it, you are reading it completely wrong. Case point, MS has no say when it comes to Gears franchise, it's Epic's call, stop with the fail already.
