this is a toughie, i grew up on Genesis and hated RPGs in my younger days, thought they were boring and pointless. FF7 changed all that and I went back (emulation&GBA) to relive the games i never gave a chance I like all the SNES FFs except mystic quest. But all those games were rereleased on PS1 with extra stuff, so I gotta say PS1 slightly edges out SNES but its close
