Jacob is basically Kaidan of the game. I don't feel very much for him pertaining to missions. Zaeed is only useless if you are using a soldier. If you are a biotic of any form he is very useful  back up until you acquire grunt. Samara is the most poweful biotic. Thane is cool to look at, but I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from him just yet. Kasumi is badass.

Oh no i didn't mean to hurt anyones feelings. I just mean i don't care for them, i miss Wrex. I wish i didn't have to kill him, but he wouldn't listen =[.
