And you'd think this would make them think for a minute and give consumers what they want (eg, legal backwards compatibility, some (limited) homebrew). But no; what they do instead is steal Linux, and next we need to call the Waaaaaambulance because their totally unhackable system gets totally hacked.

I for one am looking forward to the massive attention the hacking community will give to the NGP given its' interesting capabilities.

I personally wouldn't care if all Sony proprietary software is deleted off the NGP so long as I can have a handheld which I control.
