WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME CHOOSE!!! 
Well we still dont have enough info to fairly judge Resistance 3 against Killzone 3 and because of that my choice would be Killzone 3 because it's just so fuckin awesome (not saying R3 isnt). But because we know a lot about KZ3 right now and it's just shaping up to be a blast from what we've seen.
