Neocons support capitlism, not democracy. They could care less whether or not the people they trade with are oppressing their people. In my eyes Obama has not lost egypt because he had hardly anything to do with it. But furthermore the toppling of Egypts government will be a good thing if the people can rally around a legitimate regime.
