Because they took out just about everything that made KZ2's multiplayer horrible and broken.
The gunplay in the game is amazing, the action is hectic, and it's gettin to that point where it feels like a real battle rather than just a small fragfest arena.
Besides that, I have to ask the same question you're asking because, KZ2's multiplayer had so many issues! I'm hoping for somethin awesome. GG's learned alot since KZ2 and my faith in them is slowly restoring....
