Dual analogs would do exactly as much as PS2 and PS3 analogs, double touch screens could be used in some smart ways like the DS touch screen in chinatown wars and the near PS3 graphics would grant that it would rather be a semi-port from GTA4 than a game from the ground up.
I'm curious to see what the game looks like in both platforms specially in glassessless 3D, since it is pretty much a given that both consoles will see a GTA.
