I'm not going to say that GTA 3DS won't happen. But I think if we do have a new GTA on the portables it will be on NGP, RockStar has already been listed to support NGP. And maybe its just me but I'm much more interested on what NGP can do with GTA than I am with 3DS. I want to see how the double touch screens play out, dual analogs, and the near PS3 level graphics are enticing.
If there is a GTA SAS I'd want it on NGP, but thats not to say that it wouldn't be on 3DS also. I can see RockStar doing both.
Also AGENT most likely is it's own franchise, although that would be one hell of a surprise if it was GTA V. Right now AGENT is a PS3 exclusive and if it does turn out to be GTA V there will be a backlash among the Xbox 360 fans of the series. I can't see RockStar doing that to their fans. It most likely won't happen.
