360 is currently at 51.2 million, and last year sold 13.6 million, at that rate, it would take about 3.6 years from now to reach 100 million, and that's assuming it maintains its sales for that long, so probably no, same with the PS3.
To put it bluntly, Wii has a better chance of ovetaking the PS2 (currently at 141 million) than the 360 and PS3 have of breaking 100 million
