Hm, not past 12-13 y/o. Before that it was some sort of mixture of being sick too often and not really meeting classmates often enough to work on normal peer interaction, being too spoilt because of being sick too often and having an elder brother who'd never waste a chance to steal my sweets, with one way to solve the problem.
It's always been 1 on 1 though, and never extremely serious.
