Can Chris and Jill survive the dead space universe?

So I was thinking what would it be like if characters were switched where Isaac dealt with B.O.Ws and Chris and Jill dealt with Necromorphs. I personally think Issac would have a cake walk because imo the necros are worse. So could Chris and Jill survive in the dead space U? 

I'm so bored lol.
