he said he wouldn't be playing any online multiplayer, so COD probably isn't the best choice.

I actually only enjoy CoD4 for the single player, I in general hate online multiplayer.

the campaign is pretty short though....i would recommend that he rent it.

 I can agree with that considering I only borrowed it from someone and didn't buy it (though I'm considering buying it still).
