With them selling out mid December and then starting to air ship surely through the 1st week of January (stuff shipped after Dec 31 will not be in these numbers of course). That means that basically whatever shipped in 2010 sold in 2010.
MS said that the shortages will come late January and through mid February and they hope to have shortages cleared up by end of February.
Could PS3 ship more this reporting period. Sure actually wouldnt be surprised. It will be next 2 Qtrs that will show 360 outshipping PS3 as MS needs to replenish stores.
Best Jan-Mar Qtr ever for 360 was 1.7M shipped and best Apr-Jun was 1.8M shipped. Surely this year will be better.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
