You're better off buying the Dead Space 2 Limited Edition. I picked up mine yesterday and started Extraction first, and I already have the game beat. You might as well spend $60 on a new game and get this for free instead of just spending $15 on it alone. With the addition of trophies, HD graphics, and of course Move support, it's the better version imo.
Edit: The full game is actually 3533 mb just to let you know.
