I feel like there should be a "half-way" option.
It's crazy to me that sometimes it's usually a difference between like 2-7 years and 60 .
I'd sentence him as an adult with the option for parole and reform.
Though, considering the actual facts of the case... reform seems unlikely, since if he's guilty that's just... outright sociopath behavior... and I doubt they've done much to take him off that path since then.
