Depending on the price, there're already iDevices for that (as well as some Linux-based portables). I wouldn't mind personally, but I doubt Sony will be happy about homebrew activity on the platform, it doesn't generate software revenue.

As architectures differ from platform to platform, it probably won't be a major selling point.
Emulating a Wii (essentially two ducktaped gamecubes) with a PC requires a surprising amount of power/hardware. The only dreamcast emulator that I saw running on a PSP was going at 3-5 fps, which is pretty evocative of the disparities between consoles.

It also requires a wiimote, nunchuk and sensor bar, otherwise you won't be far relying with a keyboard and mouse.
