The last two times I went grocery shopping in the past month, Target had a small shelf full of Kinect standalone kits.
They generally don't leave a lot of console stock on the floor as they're placed in a small locked cabinet under the demo kiosk, but they always have 360 consoles, if not every current SKU (since there are currently 4 and the cabinet holds maybe 8 boxes at most).
My general impression is that 360 hardware is still moving well for the post holiday season, but Kinect is very far from experiencing Wii-like shortages from 2-3 years ago.
They go for under or about MSRP on Ebay which reflects this personal impression.
