If anyone is looking to upgrade to a slim (I'd recommend it, since the phatties are all going to die from something or another, in my opinion) , Amazon Warehouse deals keeps posting various models for cheap. They are officially "Used" but I'm hearing they are generally untouched (returned items, damaged boxes, etc).
Couple notables:
160 GB Black Friday Bundle (w/ Uncharted 2, Pixeljunk Shooter, Karate Kid blu-ray) - $215.99
320 GB Move Bundle - varies from $276 to $318
I should clarify that they are not always available. They pop in and out from time to time (there were a bunch last night, for instance).
