Currently Android gets games of this nature a slower than iOS, but that will change this year especially where it concerns Sony as Android hardware will all have dual-cores, hardware accelerated, etc.
If you want a good smart phone with the best gaming setup, wait a few months for the LTE android phones and probably the psp phone itself.
