That's sad. When I was 13 I got a shotgun and some ammo and a skeet shooter for Christmas. I've been around guns my whole life and it never crossed my mind to actually do something like this. This is but one incident, it should not raise arms to remove gun ownership. For this one incident, there are millions of obeying guy owners. If the family noticed the kid was troubled, they should have used better judgment.
