This is more just due to a change in focus, what retail games they did release didn't fair to their expectations I guess. This was all going to happen before Epic Mickey anyway, so I'd imagine we'll see a sequel to that but not much else.
Getting into the video game industry and having anything of a foothold requires a big investment. Disney have opted out of doing that whereas someone like Zenimax / Bethesda are really pumping money into getting a strong foothold. Disney just didn't have the stomach for it I guess.
